Alfredo Morales was born and raised in San Jose. He is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). He has practiced law for over 30 years in Santa Clara County and has earned a positive reputation in the Santa Clara County legal community.
